Job Responsibility

• Prepare production build plan base on customer forecast and orders.
• Prioritizes job orders for production optimization and liaise with Planning Clerk to
  prepare and release route card to master planner for production loading.
• Liaise with buyers on materials requirement and inventory control to prevent excess stock of materials.
• Liaise with Sub Con planners to monitor part delivery schedule for subsequent process.
• Resolve issues that potentially will affect customer OTD including quality issues.
• Review FG level for forecast base customers to prevent excess build for discrete PO.
• Maintain planning parameters such as safety stock, buffer time and adjust the build plan according to customer requirement.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption for production, sub con work flow and also customer OTD.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in in Planning and Scheduling or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year of working experience in Planning and Scheduling in sheet metal fabrication or other manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Production Planning & Scheduling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good team work and with a positive work attitude.
• Customer oriented, pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal & external customers.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English.
• Result oriented and pro-active.
• Positive work attitude, a self-starter, able to work individually or in a team.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Power Point and ERP
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication industry or any other high mix low volume industry.

Job Responsibility

• To liaise with Planning, Engineering, Production and Warehouse Departments to ensure timely delivery to customer worldwide.
• To provide administration support to Sales & Marketing.
• To co-ordinate with customers on order fulfilment related issues.
• To monitor and provide feedback to management on any issues /problems pertaining to deliveries, products or our sales services.
• To liaise with customer enquiries and on all delivery arrangements with our customers.
• To provide forecast analysis for supplier management inventory programs.
• Able to analyse and solve problems.
• Able to gather data, comply information and prepare reports.

Requirement

• Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years and above of relevant working experience in the related field for this position.
• Customer oriented, pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal & external customers.
• Strong communication skills and must be proficient in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office (work, Excel & Power Point)

Job Responsibility

• Understanding and interpreting Engineering Drawing, Bending Procedure, Work Instruction and Process Sheet
• Performing bending jobs using correct materials and tool specification to meet customer requirement
• Setting up, operating and maintaining bending tools & machinery in the workplace
• Filling up the Process Sheet accordingly after completion of work
• Inspecting and maintaining all bending tools required for the job
• Improving cycle time of bending and reducing quality defects
• Housekeeping and maintaining the cleanliness of workplace
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines
• Assisting as required in material handling or other related work in difficult condition onsite, offsite or customer locations as and when required
• Performing all duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years working experience as a bending technician
• A qualified candidate must be willing to work shifts (day and night shift rotation)
• Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent
• Knowledge in bending processes
• Knowledge in handling bending tools & machine maintenance
• Basic understanding of engineering drawing,  bending procedure etc
