Established in September 2001, Coraza Systems became a fully owned Malaysian company by August 2002. Although young, we are rich in knowledge & experience and have a marked presence worldwide, predominantly in the USA, UK and Europe.
Coraza Systems Malaysia is a global provider of high precision sheet metal fabrication, precision machining and assembly works. Our specialty ranges from initial product concept and design, through manufacturing prototypes to complete production, assembly and integration.
Coraza Systems Malaysia provide finishing services such as Powder coating, Wet Painting, Sand-Blasting, Chromating, Zinc Plating, Anodizing as well as Laser marking and Silk Screening.
During growth, we acquired several businesses to expand our capabilities & capacities.
In 2005, we moved into new facilities with 74,000 sq/ft dedicated for production, aiming to offer customers the best.
Coraza Systems Malaysia are ISO 9001:2015 certified, ISO 14001:2015 certified and ISO 45001:2018 certified. In 2009, Coraza Systems Malaysia acquire for Aerospace’s QMS Standard AS 9100.
| 2001 | Incorporated Coraza Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd to produce metal piece parts for the instrumentation industry. Set up our manufacturing cum office facility with a built up area of 46,000 sq ft in Seberang Perai, Penang. |
| 2003 | Attained ISO 9001:2000 certification from DQS GmbH under the scope “Fabrication & Assembly of Precision Sheet Metal Products”. |
| 2004 | Purchased a piece of industrial land in Nibong Tebal, Penang and commenced construction on a new manufacturing facility cum office with a built up area of approximately 100,000 square feet. |
| 2005 | Completed construction of our new facility and moved our operations from Seberang Perai, Penang, to the new facility in Nibong Tebal, Penang. |
| 2007 | Attained ISO 14001:2004 certification from TÜV NORD Cert GmbH under the scope of “Fabrication and Assembly of Precision Sheet Metal Products” and BS OHSAS 18001:2007 certification from TÜV NORD Cert GmbH under the scope of “Fabrication & Assembly of Sheet Metal Products” |
| 2010 | Attained AS9001C certification from DQS GmbH under the scope of “Fabrication and Assembly of Precision Sheet Metal Products for the Aerospace Industry” Ventured into the aerospace industry Began to offer welding of metal piece parts |
