Coraza recently conducted a two-day High Impact Transformational Leadership Skills Training, attended by managers and senior executives, to strengthen leadership capabilities and foster better team dynamics. The training sessions were held on 10 and 11 January 2025.
The program featured an engaging mix of personality assessments, leadership coaching, and activities aimed at enhancing and improving leadership practices. Participants explored the intricacies of different personality types on the first day, learning how to navigate and manage diverse working styles effectively.
The second day focused on leadership coaching, with sessions designed to build participants’ skills in guiding and inspiring their teams. Through interactive discussions and role-playing exercises, participants gained insights into being more effective coaches and leaders, equipping them to foster a positive and productive work environment. By the end of the training, participants left with actionable strategies, a deeper understanding of leadership dynamics, and renewed enthusiasm to lead with impact.
